Do you offer free samples?
No. Requests will be ignored. However, know that every order above $500 gets a free gift added to the order.
I have paid and sent proof of payment but not received a shipping confirmation?
Bank transfer and Western Union payments can take up to 5 working days. Crypto payments are instant but can take a day to administrate. We will do our best to ship your order as fast as possible. Thank you for your patience!
What if my order does not arrive?
If you have chosen a tracked and insured shipping option, your order will be reshipped if it has not arrived a week after shipping
Where is my order/shipping confirmation email?
If you have not received a confirmation email then please check your spam box. If you still have not received it then it may not go out until your payment has been confirmed.
